Yes… You Probably Have too Much Mold

The health effects of mold on the Human body can be devastating. And for a portion of our population with certain autoimmune conditions, it’s literally a life and death issue.

Now we know you can smell mold when you’re healthy, but even though that’s the case, according to a study published in the "Journal of Environmental Health" in 2017, approximately 47% of homes in the United States had visible mold growth! And visible mold means we’re way past the point where a healthy person can SMELL it!

I say “healthy person” because ONE REASON why you may not be able to smell your own mold infestation, is because ironically, the first condition that mold causes are respiratoriy and nasal, so if you have mold overgrowth, you probably don’t KNOW! Cuz you CAN’T SMELL!

Another messed up thing about the mold topic is that even though you may be one of those who are very pro-active about mold and mildew prevention, mold is effort-agnostic… meaning regardless of your effort… mold will find a way. It will exploit the internal / structural wear and tear behind your walls where you can’t see. Many species can even hide behind your PAINT. So you really need this issue assessed and addressed in order to achieve Sanctuary.

Our team here at Sanctuary includes OSHA certified mold remediation technicians able to diagnose your space with the tools and know-how that it takes to figure out your threat-level.
